What are the delivery fees?

We offer free shipping in Canada from the Atlantic to the Pacific. No minimum order required.

Cancellation & Returns

Can I modify my order ?

Yes, as long as your order is not “in process”.

Can I cancel my order ?

It is possible to cancel your order! If the order is already in progress, the cancellation fee will be 30% of the purchase price.

I would like to return an item

We are only able to accept a return in case of a proven product defect.

Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any kind of manufacturing defect, please send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to: contact@tea-spot.ca with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.
